If you notice an error, please contact us via the Contact page or email us at contact@seasonx.store. After 24 hours, we can only update the address if the order has not been shipped.
Q7: What if my package is lost or delayed?
If you have not received your package, please follow these steps:

- If you still cannot find it, contact the shipping carrier using the hotline provided in your tracking message.
- If the carrier cannot assist, consider filing a report with the police, as your package may have been stolen.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to complete the transaction.
Q12: What if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, send us clear photos at contact@seasonx.store, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes, if you receive a size that does not match your order. Please contact us, and we will provide a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the correct size or issue a refund.

Please contact us within 24 hours. Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
